Steps

Mix whole wheat flour, suji, Sattu, kasuri methi, ajwain, turmeric powder, sugar,salt, Curd and ghee/oil.
Gradually add lukewarm water to form a dough.
Knead for 4 - 5 minutes.
Rest the dough for 5- 10 minutes. - 2
Divide into small balls.
Roll out each ball into a circle. - 3
Fry in hot oil until puffed and golden.
