Chilled Pineapple smoothie

Not the usual smoothie you see anywhere else here. Very original and creative smoothie loaded with healthy ingredients—pineapple, almonds, almond milk, cocoa, cinnamon, chia, Greek yogurt and etc. Pineapple is juicy and sweet. I did not add sugar as I did not want to take away the goodness of pineapple. Energy rich delicious smoothy to keep you energetic and healthy for the whole day in the dog days of Indian summer

In a blender jar place tha almonds. Add almond milk. Blend to make a smooth puree.

Transfer to a bowl. Add the yogurts, cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa. Whisk to blend well. Add chia seeds, whisk. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Break clumps if any. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Transfer the chia almond milk yogurt mix to a blender, Add the oineapple and dates. Blend to make a smooth puree, You may dilute itby adding ice cubes Transfer the delicious smoothie to a jar. Refrigerate.

Serve chilled ; add ice cubes to a glass, and the smoothie before serving. Garnish with chopped chocolate. Enjoy
