1 cupall mix pasta Rigatoni,Rotela,Ditaloni,Fusili,Canolini,Rigatoni,farfalle
2 tbsprefined flour
1 tablespoonbutter
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoonbasil
1Amul cheese qube
1/4 tbspsalt
1 tablespoonchilli flakes
1/2 tbspblack pepper powder

Heat pan add water,bring it to boil, add 14 tsp salt,and few drops of oil, •(to prevent to sticking) once the water is boiling,add mix pasta boil for 8-10 minutes until firm to the bite.drain the pasta and keep aside.

Heat another pan add butter once melt the butter add 2 tablespoons flour and stir it for 30 seconds,then add 2 cup warm milk and stir it continuously.avoid to lumps.

Then add pinch of salt,Amul grated cheese black pepper and mix it well,add chilli flakes,add boiled verity pastas and mix it lightly.ready your mix white pasta garnish with cheese and chilli flakes and serve hot.and enjoy.
