For gravy heat oil add cinnamon and bay leaf chopped onion, garlic cloves, pepper corn cashews, melon seeds fry for a while then add water and cook till soft off the heat, Cool it.

Cut paneer in cubes and fry it till golden add salt and pepper, keep it aside. Grind the above mixture to a smooth paste adding enough water.

Heat butter and oil add cardmum, clove, kasuri methi and ground paste fry for a while add curd mix it, then add paneer cubes combine it well, cook for a few minutes add pepper powder, and salt.

Paneer kalimirch is ready, serve with roti and rice..
