Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 cuprice flour
  • 2 tablespooncornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 cupwater or 1 cup beer
  • 150 mLcoconut cream
  • Pork belly (sliced)
  • Shrimp (cut and peeled)
  • Bean sprouts
  • Onion (sliced)
  • Lettuce, mint leaves, and other greens

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix ingredients and let batter rest for 15-30 minutes at room temperature.

    Cook pork belly, shrimp, and onions

    Make sure pan is at medium high heat, pour in the batter. Move it around immediately so that it spreads evenly!

  4. 4

    Let it cook and get crispy first.

  5. 5

    Add in bean sprouts then cover with lid to let it cook for 1 min.

    Fold over then serve with veggies!
