It's a south traditional Thalli. It starts with chicken soup,served hot white rice with chicken pepper gravy and fry. Then rasam for digestion. Curd and beeda too.
Steps

For Chicken pepper gravy: Take all the needed ingredients.

In a hot pan add oil and add the given spices given,saute then add shallots,ginger,garlic pods and tomato slices, cook for few mins. Turn off the stove and let it cool. Grind it nicely.

In a hot cooker,add oil add chicken pieces,saute for 5 mts. Then add grinded paste. Mix it well.

Add 500ml(required amount)water. Bring it to boil. Check salt level. Add coriander leaves. Then cover and lets wait for 3 whistle. Chicken cooked well. Sprinkle coriander leaves.

In a cooker add 1tsp of oil add spices and diced onion,saute until it turns brown. Then add tomato slices. Cook well. Then add crushed spices,ginger garlic and turmeric powder. Then salt..mix well.

For Chicken soup: Take all the needed ingredients. Crush the spices and ginger garlic.

Then add chicken pieces. Mix it well. Add salt. Then add 600ml water. Bring it to boil. Close the lid and wait for 3 whistle.

For Chicken fry: Take all the needed ingredients. Add all the given masala powder,curd,ginger garlic pods to a mixer jar. Add small amount of water grind it well.

Then add besan floral,corn flour salt lemon juice mix everything well. Batter should not be watery. Then coat the chicken with this. Marinate at least 30mts. Then deep fry it. Everybody likes it.

For lemon Rasam: Take all the needed ingredients. Add pepper,cumin seeds,toor dal grind nicely. Then add green chilli, garlic pods, grind coarsely.

In a bowl add coarsely grinded paste and coriander leaves,curry leaves and add tomatoes mash all these through hand. Take out the tomato skin and keep aside. Add water as much as needed..

Now in a hot pan add oil,do seasoning. Then add tomato skin,saute well. Then add turmeric powder, asafoetida,salt mix well. Then add crushed tomato mixed water. Add water as much as needed. Keep the flame on sim,bring it to boil. Check salt level.

When it started boils,turn off the stove. Let it cool. Then add lemon juice. As per the taste add more amount of lemon juice. It's refreshing and helps digestion for a heavy meal.

For white rice: take 1/2kg rice,rinse and soak for 30mts. Then add this soaked rice to the boiling water. Add salt and keep the flame on medium and cook it until it cook well.
