This is truly amazing and the smell that fills the kitchen makes me so hungry. Great for a beef wellington or for stuff chicken or in an omelette or or or 🤣🤣👅❤️
Steps

Put dried mushrooms in pan or large jug and cover with boiling water for 10 mins until soft.

Put button mushrooms and butter into frying pan and sauté until soft - about 5 mins. Your don’t want them browned.

Add rest of mushrooms and liquid and herbs to pan and simmer until all liquid evaporates

Allow to Cool then chop as finely as possible. Use in any recipe you like. I usually freeze half for using next time. ENJOY 🤣💖
