3 oz (85 g)/ 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese, your favorite kind
2 tablespoonsplain yogurt (unsweetened, unflavored)
2 tablespoonsapple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoonschopped green onions
1 tablespoonchopped cilantro or parsley
1/4 teaspoonsugar, optional

In a bowl, partially mash the blue cheese with the yogurt and vinegar, leaving some small chunks.

Add the garlic powder, green onions, and cilantro or parsley. Mix well.
