Take the ripe avocado. Remove the skin and seed and mash it with fork.

Cut the onion and tomato, mix it in the above smashed mixture, add salt,red chilli powder mix it well

Spread this mixture on the bread add cheese slice and roast in a pan adding some ghee. Or you can roast it in the toaster.
