Peel,cut and boil the potatoes. Mash it while hot. Add wheat flour, grated Paneer, chopped chilli, chopped coriander,salt, Cumin seeds, chilli flakes,pizza seasoning and oil. Mix everything well and knead the soft dough.(No need to add water) Give rest for 10 minutes.

Divide into Equal portions. Now start rolling the paratha.of 6-7 inch diameter with help of dry flour.

Roast on tawa with the oil till paratha became light brown marks.

Make all paratha with the same method. Here paratha is ready. Serve immediately with any kind of subji. I served with yummy Rajma. Enjoy..

Note: you can have them in breakfast or dinner with chutney, yoghurt,tea or all alone. It tastes yummy.
