In a Heavy Bottom Pot Add Milk and Bring to Boil

Add Soaked Rice, Slightly Crushing Them Before Adding

Add Sugar and Mix Until Desolved

Cook on Low Heat Until Pudding Starts to Thicken

Add Carrots,Butter and Vanilla, Cook Further 5 -10 mins,

Once Desired Thickness Turn Off The Heat

Serve Chilled, Topped Up With Chopped Nuts
