  2. 1 cupmilk powder
  3. 1 cupPowdered sugar
  4. 1/2 cupPowdered pista
  5. Chopped Pistachios
  6. Soaked kesar
  7. Milk as required for binding
  8. Elaichi powder
  9. Ghee

20 minutes
  1. 1

    In bowl mix kaju powder,milk powder,Powdered sugar Elaichi powder and knead a dough with kesar milk.

    On other bowl add powder of pista, milk powder,Powdered sugar,Elaichi powder and knead dough with milk.

    Grease modak mould with ghee take kaju mixture put mould in between add pista mixture cover with other side that kaju mixture.
