Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 block(about 300g) Silken tofu
  • 2Eggs
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 150 mlWater
  • 1tbsp, chopped Green onion (for garnish)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Beat eggs with salt, then mix in water until smooth.

  2. 2

    Place silken tofu in the center of a heatproof dish.

  3. 3

    Pour the egg mixture around the tofu.

  4. 4

    Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped green onion and serve.

Tips

Ensure the water is boiling before placing the dish in the steamer for even cooking.
