Ingredients

40 minutes
5-6 people
  • 5-6 cupsflour
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2tap salt
  • 1 cupMilk/yogurt
  • 1 sachetActive yeast
  • 1 sachetbaking powder
  • Butter
  • 2-3cupsWater depend on the stickiness of the flour

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a clean bowl after sieving

  2. 2

    Add the butter, go in with the milk,and gradually add the water to achieve a non sticky and well incorporate dough

  3. 3

    Set aside in room temperature to double in size, cut into round shape flatten

  4. 4

    Set Ur fry pan on a low heat to achieve the golden brown naan baked bread

By using salty butter, to enhance more flavor
