Take 500 ml milk in a bowl.

From the 500 ml take 3/4 cup milk in another bowl.

Now add 2 tbsp vanilla custard powder to the 3/4 cup milk, mix well and keep aside.

Now take the remaining milk, add sugar and put it on heat.

Once it comes to a boil, add the prepared custard paste and stir continuously to avoid lumps.

Cook till the texture becomes thick.

After half an hour take out of the refrigerator, add the chopped fruits, raisins, cashews and mix well.

Once done remove from the stove and chill for half an hour.

Serve chilled.
