In a mixing bowl, combine wood apple pulp and jaggery powder. Mix well.

Heat a heavy-bottomed pan and add the mixture. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring.

Add 0.5 tablespoon ghee and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

Grease a plate with ghee. Mix a pinch of salt and cardamom powder into the cooked mixture.

Pour the mixture onto the greased plate and spread evenly.

Let it cool completely. Once set, cut into squares.

Garnish with wood apple threads if desired.
Tips
Ensure to stir continuously while cooking to prevent sticking and achieve the right consistency.
