Soak moong dal for 4-5 hours.drain water,spread on towel for 1 hour for excess water

Make coarse powder in a mixer jar

In a pan heat ghee. On low flame saute coarse mixer till golden brown colour with awesome aroma.

In a pan make sugar syrup. In a roasted dal mixture add raisins, and add sugar syrup.

Continuous stir till ghee separates.add cardamom powder. Garnish with chopped dry fruits.
