Steps

Make a smooth paste of tomato,ginger, garlic, green chili,shallots,garam masala,red chili powder, coriander leaves,and mint leaves In a grinder.

Marinate chicken pieces with the above mixture,lemon juice and salt (optional-You can add two tsp of beaten egg, to this mixture) and keep aside for 15 mins.

Deep fry the chicken pieces and garnish with fried curry leaves and red chillies.
