Stuffed omlette
Omlette stuffed with sausage, mushroom and cheese
Steps

Add olive oil to your pan. Add in your cubed sausages. Saute.

Add in mushrooms,onions and salt. Saute. When almost done, season with basil, oregano and pepper. Remove to dish

Beat egg with milk, salt and pepper

Add olive oil to your pan. Add in your egg, spread it by swirling your pan. Once half cooked. Top it with your already prepped mushroom and sausage muxture. Sprinkle cheese.

Sprinkle some freshly ground pepper. Fold the egg into two and serve piping hot!
