Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.

Spread seeds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Be sure to give a little stir on the baking sheet to ensure liquid is spread evenly.

Roast at 350F for 10 minutes, rotate sheet and stir slightly, continue to roast for 5 minutes or until the liquid seems to have evaporated.

Let cool and enjoy on anything from pasta dishes to pizza, yogurt(dairy free of course), on toast, or on nice cream!
