Ingredients

  1. 4 tincups of beans
  2. 1big size of onion bulb
  3. 2big size of tatashe
  4. 1 bottlegroundnut oil
  5. to tastesalt

  1. 1

    Soak your beans in water for 2 minutes to be able to peel the back off. for you to be fast, you can use pistil and morter to lightly pound for the peels to come off from the beans.

    After washing the beans you wash your tatashe and oinion and add to the beans.

  3. 3

    Then you take it to the engine for grinding after which you use turning stick or cooking stick to mix it that is after adding salt to taste. Then you keep stirring it for like 5 minutes to incorporate air

  4. 4

    Into it. Though if you like you can add maggi but not so necessary. After which you light your gas you put your frying pan on fire add the the oil for frying then you slice some onions into the oil and allow to be hot enough to start frying the beans paste.

    You can use table spoon to be putting the paste on fire to get the size that i got.

  6. 6

    If the oil is too hot you can reduce the heat to avoid burning and to get the desired color.

  7. 7

    Your beans cake is ready. you can enjoy it alone, with pap or with fried yam.
