  1. 500 gliver, chopped and well washed
  2. chopped cabbages
  3. white purpose flour
  4. 1 slicecapsicum
  5. 4chopped tomatoes
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. cooking oil
  8. salt

  1. 1

    Boil the liver for 30 minutes till soft. Drain excess water if there is. add onion and oil stir as you heat for a few mins

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes and salt, stir till mixed well. Add a little water for soup.

  3. 3

    Stew the cabbage with 1 tomato, oil and onions. The chapattis should be cooked earlier. serve (you can garnish your food with capsicum as I did)
