Ingredients

  • 1/4 colive oil
  • 2 tbspapple cider or red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tspsoy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 tspmatcha (any flavour to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small bowl, whisk together the first four ingredients. Then, whisking vigorously, gradually add in the matcha. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before dressing your salad.
