Ingredients

  1. 7 ozbeef (about 200 grams)
  2. Chinese broccoli (gai lan) or other Asian greens
  3. 1carrot
  4. Seasonings: soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, bouillon powder, MSG, chili sauce, chili pepper
  5. Green onions, cilantro
  6. Pho noodles

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the beef and marinate with seasonings.

  2. 2

    Blanch the Chinese broccoli and carrot in boiling water. Add bouillon powder to the water and set aside the broth to enjoy with the noodles later.

  3. 3

    Quickly dip the pho noodles in boiling water to soften.

  4. 4

    Stir-fry the beef with the Chinese broccoli and carrot.

  5. 5

    Mix a little soy sauce and drizzle over the pho noodles, tossing them while stir-frying.

  6. 6

    Adjust the seasoning to taste, let the flavors absorb, then turn off the heat and serve.
