Steps

Wash and Boil palm fruits for 45mins,bring down and pound.

Boil meat with stock fish and onions,Maggi and salt.

Squeeze the pounded palmfruit with warm water not too much till the oil is out.
- 4
Boil in a pot till is a bit thick add the meat and stock fish.then crayfish,Pepper,salt and Maggi.then cover.
- 5
Allow to boil very well stir and make sure is thick then add the scent leaf.Food is ready.
