Steps

In a bowl mix the flour 1tbs curry powder,salt, coriander (1/2), and water

Mix to form a paste

Peel the potatoes and chop them into slices

Dip the potatoes into the paste and allow to marinate for 30minutes

Place the cooking oil into the pan and let it boil.

Remove the potatoes as you place them in the oil. Allow to cook until it becomes crispy (15minutes)

When you finish place on a crisp paper for oil to drain from the bajia then serve.

For the kachumbari dice onion, nyanya and remaining dhania. Mix and garnish with bananas as you serve.
