1 packsilky tofu (cut diced)
1 handfulshimeji mushroom
1ginger (smashed)
2garlic (chopped)
1 tbspsoy sauce
1 tspsesame oil
1 tspstarch flour (dissolved)
Spring onion
Salt & pepper
Cooking oil
Water

In a hot pan, heat the cooking oil, fry the garlic until it's golden brown.

Put the shimeji mushroom and the ginger in until it's fragrant.

Put the silky tofu in, add some water, then season.

Last, to thicken the dish, add the dissolved starch in.
