Ingredients

4 persons
  1. 1 packsilky tofu (cut diced)
  2. 1 handfulshimeji mushroom
  3. 1ginger (smashed)
  4. 2garlic (chopped)
  5. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  6. 1 tspsesame oil
  7. 1 tspstarch flour (dissolved)
  8. Spring onion
  9. Salt & pepper
  10. Cooking oil
  11. Water

Cooking Instructions

    In a hot pan, heat the cooking oil, fry the garlic until it's golden brown.

    Put the shimeji mushroom and the ginger in until it's fragrant.

  3. 3

    Put the silky tofu in, add some water, then season.

  4. 4

    Last, to thicken the dish, add the dissolved starch in.
