Hello everyone! I'm just a SUPER beginner when it comes to cooking, so i tried to think of a very easy recipe to cook for my family's lunch. I wanted to cook Nikujaga but since i have no more time for buying Mirin or Sake, i replaced it with tomato sauce~ Fortunately this dish is "Accidentally Delicious", so for beginner cooks like me, let's try this :D

2carrots , cubed
3potatoes, cubed
1bell pepper, sliced
3garlic cloves, minced
1onion, chopped
1/2 kgpork, slightly thin-sliced
1 tspsugar
to tastesalt and pepper
2 tspsoy sauce
tomato sauce

Steps

30 mins

Boil the pork meat for 15-20 minutes to tender. Set aside

Sauté onions and garlic, then add carrots and potatoes. Sauté for around 3 minutes

Add the boiled pork and sauté, then add bell pepper
4

Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Simmer and stir it for few times within 20 minutes.
