Steps

Wash the spinach leaves well, transfer to a paper towel and wipe gently to dry.

In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, turmeric powder and salt, mix well.

Add enough water to make a thick batter, stir and mix until smooth and consitent.

Heat oil in a karahi. Take spinach leaves, one at a time, dip in the batter and gently slide into the karahi, fry till crisp and golden brown.

Serve with you choice of dip.
