Chapati
Chapatis are all always all time favourite dish
Steps

Add your flour to a bowl and mix it with salt and sugar.

Make a well in the middle of the bowl.

Keep adding your water in bits while mixing the flour. Knead using your palm.

Mix the flour well to form very soft dough.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes before preparing it.

Slice the dough into tiny round balls.

Heat you thick pan in low heat. Flatten your tiny dough balls into thickness of your preference.

Place the chapati on the pan let it cook on both sides before adding oil. Apply oil on either side of the chapati. Let it cook untill it's well browned.

Repeat procedure for all chapati's.

Set the chapatis aside, well covered in foil paper. Enjoy.
