Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2servings cooked white rice
  2. 1 Tbspoil
  3. 1/2onion, minced
  4. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  5. 1 pinchichimi spice or cayenne pepper (optional to add spiciness)
  6. 1/2 Tbspchili powder mix
  7. 1 tspcumin powder
  8. 170 gground beef
  9. 1/2 Tbspsoy sauce
  10. 1/2 Tbspsake (rice wine)
  11. 2-3 pinchessalt
  12. Toppings:
  13. 1 handfullettuce, shredded
  14. 1tomato, diced
  15. to tasteshredded cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare your rice so it gets done by the time you are ready to eat.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and add the onions and garlic. Cook until onions are soft.

  3. 3

    Add the ichimi/cayenne pepper, chili powder and cumin and mix in with the onions for a minute. Then add the beef and cook until brown.

    When the beef is cooked, mix in tomato paste, soy sauce, sake and a little salt. Mix well. Cook until the sauce is thick and not watery any more.

    Chop up the tomato and lettuce for topping. Put the rice on a plate and put meat on top. Top it with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes! ENJOY ^^
