Super quick, super easy, great for cold winter weeknights. Kids love it, adults love it. It's filling, and cheap to make.

Preheat oven, and follow directions on can of biscuits to prepare.

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray.

Coat chicken with pepper, salt, and Italian seasons to taste.

Cook chicken in skillet over medium high heat for 6-8 minutes, until mostly done, stir periodically.

Add in frozen vegetables to the chicken and stir periodically again. It's smart to put a top on the skillet to cook faster.

Once the chicken and vegetables are done, add in the cans of soup, and just 1 half can of milk. You'll have enough water from the vegetables to liquify the soup.

Stir well together, until heated.

Serve over the fresh hot biscuits. Enjoy!
