Steps

Boil 3 cups water.

Add the rice, salt and cooking oil. After 5 minutes add the carrots and stir.turn the heat to low and let it cook.

When the water is finishing stir to ensure the carrots are mixed with all the rice not just the top part.

Turn off the heat when the rice is ready and serve.
