Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 1onion
  • 1small green pepper
  • 2tomatoes
  • 3cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsoil
  • 1/2teaspoon curry
  • 1/2 tspchicken stock in powder
  • 500 gpork
  • 3small potatoes
  • 1 tbsmarinade

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinade pork with garlic onion chicken stock and curry for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Put in the pot let it boil for 7 minutes then add potatoes

  3. 3

    Add grated green peppers and tomatoes

  4. 4

    Let it boil in low temperature for 20 minutes

  5. 5

    Then it's ready to serve with rice

I like your dish it's simple and looks tasty will :/ to try it soon but it will be enjoyed by me and my son cos we the only one in my family who eats pork
