Clean the artichokes following the instructions.

There are two ways to fry them.

1. Boil the artichokes that you have already cut into halves in salted water until tender. Then coat them in flour and fry them.

2. Don't boil the artichokes. Cut them in half, in slices or into 8 pieces. Salt the flour, coat them in it (if you like you can dip them in egg) and fry them.

The first way makes more tender artichokes, the second more crunchy ones, but some people don't like them because they are not so tender.
