Ingredients

  • 6-8pork steaks or any kind of meat of your liking
  • 2 tbspthyme
  • 2 tbsporegano
  • as much salt as you like
  • 2 tspbaking soda
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/2 cupolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all the ingredients except the steaks in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix well and then add the steaks.

  3. 3

    Set them aside for about 2 hours or even more.

  4. 4

    Grill in the oven or barbecue. They are perfect!!
