Recently I started a portion control campaign in my tummy since the diet back and forth is not for me I decided to go with what I believe is sustainable. I believe in eating what I want but in a small quantity and cooking what I want in a healthy way. Hence my breakfast for 1.

Recently I started a portion control campaign in my tummy since the diet back and forth is not for me I decided to go with what I believe is sustainable. I believe in eating what I want but in a small quantity and cooking what I want in a healthy way. Hence my breakfast for 1.

Pour oat and half cup of water in a microwavable bowl and allow it soak for 5mins afterwards microwave for 4 mins and removed from microwave

Break egg in a small bowl add onion, pepper and salt and whisk till its fluffy
- 3
Heat up frying pan add canola oil and once it's hot whisk the egg into the pan and allow it fry; flip over once the other side is fry through

Serve egg and oat please put rasins in the oat and enjoy your breakfast
