  4. 1 cupcashew
  5. 1 cupmusk melon
  6. 1 1/2 cuptomato puree
  7. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  8. 2 tbspgaram masala
  9. 1 tbspkashmiri red chilli powder
  10. 3-4green chilli paste
  11. 1 tbspcumin powder
  12. 4big spoon oil
  13. 2big spoon butter
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. For tempering
  16. 3-4clove
  17. 3-4green cardamom
  18. 1 stickcinnamon
  19. 3bay leaves
  20. Ingredients for aloo tamatar
  21. 3-4tomatoes
  22. 1big piece ginger
  23. 5-6boiled potatoes
  24. 2 tbspcoriander powder
  25. 1 tbspgaram masala
  26. 1 tspred chilli powder
  27. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  28. 3big spoon oil
  29. to tasteSalt
  30. Aloo gobhi
  31. 4-5potatoes
  32. 1big cauliflower
  33. 1big bowl green pea
  34. 1/4 cupginger and green chilli paste
  35. 1/4 cupkasoori methi
  36. 1 tspmethi dana
  37. 3-4big spoon mustard oil
  38. to tasteSaLtd
  39. Ingredients for kheer
  40. 1 1/2 litersfull cream milk
  41. 1/2 cupbroken rice
  42. 3-4cardamom powder
  43. 1/2 cupchopped dry fruits
  44. to tasteSugar according

Steps

    Paneer makhana

  2. 2

    Soak cashews and melon seed for 3-4 hrs and grind it in fine paste

  3. 3

    Heat oil in deep pan and add cashew paste and stir it continuously

  4. 4

    Add tomato puree and all the dry masala and cook till it leaves oil

  5. 5

    Cut the paneer in cubes

  6. 6

    Add water to masala and let it come to one boil and add makhana

  7. 7

    When it comes to a nice color add paneer cubes and cook for few minutes and off the gas

  8. 8

    Take another pan and add butter and all the tempering masala

  9. 9

    When it starts cracking add it to cooked paneer

  10. 10

    Garnish it with green coriander and serve

  11. 11

    Aloo tamatar

  12. 12

    Make a fine paste of tomatoes ginger and green chilli

  13. 13

    Heat oil in deep pan and add tomato paste in it and cook for few minutes

  14. 14

    Add all the dry masala and cook till it leaves oil

  15. 15

    Cut the potatoes in cube and add in the masala

  16. 16

    Cook it for few minutes and then add sufficient water and salt

  17. 17

    Cook till the gravy is little thick

  18. 18

    Take it out in serving dish garnish it with chopper coriander

  19. 19

    Aloo matar gobhi

  20. 20

    Take a deep pan add oil and heat till smoky hot

  21. 21

    Add methi dana and then all the vegetables

  22. 22

    Add turmeric powder coriander powder and mix well and close it with lid

  23. 23

    When it is half done add garam masala and cook till all the vegetables are tender

  24. 24

    Add the kasoori methi and mix it well and off the gas and close the lid for few minutes

  25. 25

    Garnish it with chopped coriander before serving

  26. 26

    Kheer

  27. 27

    Bolivia the milk in heavy bottom pan

  28. 28

    Add rice and cardamom and cook till the rice is done and milk reduces to half

  29. 29

    Dry roast the dry fruits and add in it

  30. 30

    Add sugar and cook till it mixes well

  31. 31

    Stir the kheer continuously

  32. 32

    When all the things come to combine properly close the gas and let it cool completely for better taste
