Stewed beef with Steamed Cabbage

Cooking Instructions

Chop the beef into medium-sized pieces,wash them then put them to boil until tender

When tender enough, you can add the onions and the cooking oil then stir until the onions are brown

Add tomatoes then stir.Cover the meat to let the tomatoes break down

After they have broken down, chop the french beans into 2 halves then add to the beef. Dissolve the royco in water then add

Let it cook for 2 minutes then add 1/2 cup of water
- 6
Let the food cook for 10 minutes then start steaming your cabbage in a steamer or put in a sufuria and boil while covered.

Then serve
