Steps

Take a bowl add 4 spoon besan salt turmeric and water and make a semi thick batter

Heat oil in deep pan and make small size pakodi of the prepared batter

Soak them in warm water

Now separate some oil from the pan and add methi dana and asafoetida

Mix turmeric and water in a bowl and add in oil

Mix besan and curd and enough water to make a running batter

Add this to the cooked turmeric paste

Add salt and when it's about to boil add soaked pakodi

Cook till its little thick

Take another pan and heat ghee in it add all the tempering Masaaki and when it starts crackling off the gas and spread it on the prepared kadi

Your kadi is ready to serve with steamed rice
