  • 2 cupflour "semola" rimacinata di grano duro
  • 2eggs with water. total 190ml

    Add flour. Make it sure to use caputo flour, for original italian taste. You can find it on amazon, search for "caputo semola".

    Add water with eggs. The total amount should be 190 ml.

    Makes about this size of bowl. I use the phillips pasta maker.
