Now prepare cashew paste for gravy

Take onion chopped and cashew in a pan and add 2 glass water boil it for about 5 min and strain grind the boiled ingredients to make cashew paste

Heat the pan with oil and fry paneer cubes till lite golden brown

Heat a pan with oil saute with ginger garlic paste and green chilli then add chopped onion and fry it till golden brown add cashews paste into it cooked coverd on medium flame 5 mint cook

Add garam masala cumin powder pepper powder kasoori methi salt cook again for 5 mint

Add curd and cook 5 mint more now add fried paneer cubes and mix it well

Then add 2 cup boild water and cook coverd for 5 more mint

Now heat coal on the direct flame put the bowl in which you have prepared paneer then add heated coal and 1 teaspoon ghee in a bowl and cover it immediately to get the gravy absorbs the assence of coal after two mint remove bowl from the pan now paneer kali mirch is ready to eat
