Boil pumpkin till soft, strain water and mix with paneer

Now boil simple water in a pan.

In other side make sugar syrup with sugar and water, till sugar dissolve, add a pinch of colour.

When they become double and sit on bootom turn off gas

Take out spongy balls and add in chashni and boil for 2 minutes

After completely cool, freeze it, never will be hard.
