  • 1 tbsplight soy sauce
  • 1 tbsppounded garlic
  • 1 tbsppounded shallot
  • 1 cuproasted pork / siew yuk
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1red chili pepper

    with a little oil Fry garlic and shalot with roasted pork till fragrant , make sure garlic not burn
