Ingredients

  1. BRAISE SHAOXING PORK BELLY
  2. 5 sliceginger
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 1 tbspsugar
  5. 1 cupwater
  6. marinate
  7. 2 tbspshaoxing wine
  8. 1/2 cupdark soy sauce
  9. 3 smallstar anis
  10. 3 stickcinnamon
  11. 1000 grams250gram per person pork belly

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    quick blanch pork ,drain and pat dry

  2. 2

    marinate pork for half hour

  3. 3

    in pan low heat with oil fragrant ginger then add sugar till caramelized then add pork and sear for 1 minute then add water and balance marinated sauce

    put all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 25 to 30 minute then off heat
