Dice cheese block into small squares.

place in crock pot on high.

add rotel and chili to crock pot. cover with lid. stirring until completely melted. turn pot on low.

in large skillet combine ground beef, garlic and water.

when meat starts to brown add taco seasoning. cook until completely done . drain

add meat mixture to cheese sauce and blend well.

serve with tortilla chips
