Pour water into a large sauce pan, add all spices desired as well as the chicken breasts, and bring to a gentle simmer.

Keep on a gentle simmer until chicken is cooked through (about 20-25 minutes) remove from liquid and Pat the chicken dry, move to a baking sheet (grease it, or use parchment paper)

In a sauce pot melt butter over medium heat and stir in flour once melted. Whisk into a paste and pour in milk once flour has been dissolved. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted. Repeat with broccoli. If you need to thin it out a bit, use a few Tablespoons of the chickens cooking liquid.

Lightly drizzle olive oil over the chicken and rub in. Top with salt and pepper. Broil until the tops become crispy (about 5 minutes) slice, and serve with the sauce on the side! Rice is an excellent side
