Ingredients

  1. 200 GMpaneer
  2. 2 tbsppeanut butter
  3. 1 tspred chilli, dhanya, kitchen King masla
  4. 1/4 tSPhaldi powder
  5. 2medium size chopped onions
  6. 6-7garlic leaves chopped
  7. 1/2 tspginger chopped
  8. 2 tbspoil
  9. Salt
  10. 1 tspgud
  11. 1/4 cupChopped coriander
  12. Whole garam masala (bay leaf, star, badi eliachi, dal chini)
  13. 1 tsptomato ketchup

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil into pan. add rai, jeera and hing.. After rai jeera crackle put all sukha garam masala and cook for 2 min.

  2. 2

    Now add garlic and ginger and cook till they turn brown..after that add onion and cook till onion trun brown. Now add tomato ketchup.

  3. 3

    Now add peanut butter and let it melt. add all masala powder(red chilli, haldi, dhanya, kitchen King masala).

  4. 4

    Cook masalas for 2-3 min and add paneer cube and 150-200 ml water. And cook it gravy become thick

  5. 5

    Add Coriander chopped and serve with roti.
