  • 1 bunchBaby spinach
  • 1 tspJapanese curry
  • 3 ozMushrooms
  • 3 cupArborio rice
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 1/2large Onion
  • Chicken broth

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Cut onion and mushrooms in small pieces.

  2. 2

    Put chicken broth to boil and set on low heat.

    Fry onions for one minute then add rice. Let it fry for another minute and add spinach. Use coconut butter for frying.

    Add salt and the Japanese curry

    Use risotto technique.
