Ingredients

4-5 persons
  1. 1 cupgrated fresh coconut
  2. 1 tsproasted chaana dal
  3. 1 inchadruk
  4. 2green chilles
  5. salt little
  6. for tadka
  7. 1/2 tsprai
  8. 1/2 tspurad dal
  9. 1/2 tspchanna dal
  10. pinchhing
  11. 1dry red chilli
  12. 4-5kadi patta

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend coconut, dal, adruk, chilles and salt together in fine paste by adding little water

  2. 2

    In a pan heat 1 tsp oil add rai, urad dal, channa dal, hing, chilly, kadi patta and saute for a while

  3. 3

    Pour this tadka in blended chutney

  4. 4

    Serve with dosa, idly or as you want
